A Love For Africa

Travelling from rural Africa to the magnificent city of Dubai, the inefficiency across the African society became magnified and that's the moment our vision for a better Africa was captured.

No single business or organisation can solve all the problems we have in society, but there is little we can all do, and we have come to realise that the little we can do will eventually make a huge difference.

Innovation, quality, and service are the new spirit of Africa, and no one reminds us about this more than Ethiopian Airlines.

It's in this new spirit for quality and service across the continent that Imejer projects were built.

Our first project was Imejer Print, because the printing consumables market was highly infested with substandard products, damaging copier machines that a struggling mother is using to survive with the kids.

Having seen that the skills we have at the moment are good enough to help us take some actions against the problem, we built Imejer Print.

Through Imejer Print, we give those struggling mothers, who have passed through the pains of losses due to substandard printing consumables easy access to good quality products.

While on Imejer Print, we gained more insight that helped us start our marketing project in healthcare.

Africa, a continent of around 1.2 billion people, holds 24-25% of the global disease burden, but has only 3% of the world's medical workforce.

In fact, a good number of us were afraid of visiting hospitals due to the high cost of healthcare, while many do not even have access to experienced medical practitioners in their locality, and hence the reason for our healthcare project, Imejer Health.

Through Imejer Health, we provide Africans with easy access to quality and affordable medications in their local area, as well as medical consultations right where they are, using their Smartphone.

A healthy society will always be a better society.

Although we might not have all the resources needed to reach out to all those in need of our services at the moment, be assured that we are not where we were yesterday.
